Please arrive to your appointment at the time scheduled. Please no early arrivals if possible.

If you are late 15 minutes or more to your appointment, it will be rescheduled or late canceled and charged the full amount of your service.

A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all services booked.

Late cancellation or no shows results in a 100% fee for services booked.

Clove studios is a safe space for all. 

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.
